Shipping Information:

  1. Free Shipping: Motorhub is offering free shipping in July on all accessory items within New Zealand, except for our double expandable office/extra bedroom.

  2. Shipping Times: We are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner. All accessory items (excluding the double expandable office/extra bedroom) will be dispatched within four business days from the date of purchase. You can expect your order to arrive at your designated delivery address within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

  3. Double Expandable Office/Extra Bedroom Shipping: Due to its size and weight, the double expandable office/extra bedroom requires specialized handling and transportation. Therefore, shipping charges will apply for this particular item. Please contact our team on 0800 486 287 to discuss where the Double expandable needs to go for delivery. 

  4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate and complete delivery address. Motorhub will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

  6. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect the package from a nearby collection point.

  7. Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.

Returns and Refunds:

  1. Returns Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Motorhub accepts returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  3. Return Shipping: For eligible returns, please discuss with our team at 0800 486 287. When shipping please ensure that the return shipment is properly protected to avoid any damage during transit.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Items that have been used, installed, or modified.
    • Items without the original packaging or missing accessories.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
